We are currently serving customers within the United States, Canada,Spain, France, Germany, and the UK only. All orders are shipped from our  warehouse located at Shenzhen China.

 


Shipping Carriers

We ship via 4PX, depending on your location and package size.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (PST), Monday to Friday, will be shipped the next day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be shipped on the next 1-2 business day.

Processing time: 0–3 business day


Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that during national holidays, our warehouse may be closed or operate on reduced hours. Orders placed during these times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States:7-14 business days
  • Canada: 10-20 business days

  • Spain, France, Germany, and the UK:7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location and carrier operations.


Customs Duties & Taxes

No other hidden fees are charged. Only the product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes displayed at checkout will be charged.

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $50

  • VIP Shipping: $7.95


Delivery Issues Policy

If you experience any delivery-related issues, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Examples include:

  • Package delayed in transit
  • Tracking information not updating
  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Suspected lost package
  • Damaged package upon arrival

Our support team will work with the shipping carrier and assist in investigating the issue.

Lost Package Policy

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Reship the order at no additional cost;
  • Refund provided in accordance with the policy.

For customers who purchased Seel Worry-Free Purchase Protection:

  • Claims may be submitted directly through Seel's claims portal.
  • Eligibility, approval, and compensation are subject to Seel's terms, conditions, and review process.
  • Our support team is available to assist customers with claim-related questions.

A package is considered lost only after the carrier has officially confirmed that it cannot be located or delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
